Founded in 1988, our Company started as a manpower recruitment and staffing agency in Miri, which is the pioneer oil and gas town in the whole of Asia. Led throughout the decades by a visionary and tenacious leader, Mr. Jimmy Ho, our Company have grown from strength to strength. From the likes of Shell, British Petroleum, Nippon Oil, Petronas, Chevron, Total, Exxon, ONGC, McDermott, Swiber Offshore, Hyundai, Global Offshore, Sapura, Technip, and others, G8 Global has supplied to global oil and gas companies and contractors around the world.

Mr. Jimmy Ho

Managing Director

Founder and leader, Mr. Jimmy Ho is the Company’s Group Managing Director and has been spearheading its success since 1988. With over 35 years of international experience in recruitment consultancy for industries such as Oil and Gas, IT, Telecommunications, Hospitality, Engineering and Construction, and others, he has been essential to the success of the group of companies.

Mr. Suhaili Bin Drahman

Chairman

As the Chairman of G8, Mr. Suhaili, specializes in the human resource department, ensuring continuous training and taking care of employees’ welfare. He has been in the manpower supply business since 1989 and has played a vital role in the completion of all Clients’ major projects worldwide. He has been active in engaging with the public as well as organizing motivational talks.

Mr. Eric Tang

Director of Operations

Graduating with a Master’s degree in Project Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Mr. Tang started off as a Project Engineer in 2010. With multimillion- dollar international projects and managing a headcount of over 1000 staff, his expertise in project management and business innovative solutions has been a tremendous effort bringing the Company to success.
